Alia Bhatt is one among those young starlets who struggled in the B-town industry for making a prominent place. Marking her first Bollywood debut with Student Of The Year, Alia Bhatt is today’s next door girl. The actress blew our mind with classic dance on Radha song and her jaw-dropping acting in an all-time hit, Highway. Today, Alia is one among the top rated divas in Bollywood.
In spite of coming from a Bollywood background, there was a time when Alia Bhatt failed to do good at box office. She miserably failed in the industry just like any other Bollywood star. Alia Bhatt was heavily criticized for the movie, Shaandaar opposite Shahid Kapoor as it miserably failed at the box office.
Alia recently opened up about her first failure and how she dealt with it on Shah Rukh Khan’s show,’Lux Golden Divas – Baatein with the Badshah’. Here is what Alia said,
“Touch wood, 90 percent of my films fared well at the box office. But there has been one failure, and because of that failure, I am calmer… Some strange reason. Shaandaar didn’t work at the box office. I was heartbroken. I could not believe it. I turned to my father. He was the only person I was speaking to and then I went on a holiday solo to mourn the loss.”
Here is what she further added
“I felt terrible, but after that I felt ‘ho gaya’ (it’s done). The bandage has been ripped. I have faced my first failure, and I will be ready for whatever comes. Getting up after the failure is very different. My father sent me this poster with Frank Sinatra’s quote ‘The best revenge is massive success’.”
Well, what is gone is gone and today no one is speaking about Alia Bhatt’s loss. Th actress has proved herself in the industry and today everyone is more interested in talking about Alia Bhatt’s upcoming movie, ‘Raazi’. The movie scheduled to release on May 11, 2018.
