Abhishek Asthana, Gurgaon resident had booked Ola cab from the airport. The cab driver denied the duty and the company charged cancellation fee from Abhishek’s account. Abhishek did not take it lightly, instead, he took on Twitter and spoke about this incident in a hostile way.
Ola was impressed by the way Abhishek explained his problem as most of the customer’s rage and entreat the company for the problems. Here is what Abhishek Asthana posted on Twitter –

Soon after Abhishek tweeted about this problem, Ola replied to the customer and also refunded the charges.
“Charges reversed and sorry for the trouble. Now, where do we send the samosas?”
Well, Ola was not kidding about it! After apologizing, they made sure to send two samosas to the customer. The dissatisfied customer, Abhishek was extremely happy after receiving the samosas at his doorstep.
He took on Twitter to express his happiness with family, friends and the company. Here is what he wrote,
